Here are a couple of snapshots of workers installing Crossville ceramic tile and marble stone steps at the LVHS Library project. The ceramic tile has a wood grain texture and by looking at it you would swear it was wood finish. Pretty awesome.

Here are some recent shots of work HABC has done at St. James Manor assisted living community. Construction and masonry for the elevator lift is complete and work on the additional rooms for patients continues to make good progress. More photos to come!
Here are some recent progress pictures of the new Library at Louisville High School. Shown above are workers as they install drywall, paint, prepare for granite work and wood ceilings. Many important interior elements will be coming together this week and next, more pictures to come.
Rainy season is here! Getting the project-site weatherproof and safe is very important. Work at Bella Vista has been prepped for the rain and HABC continues making progress. Rot repair has been completed on all but one wall, carpenters begin rolling joists on one half of the Courtyard deck. Some of the nation is covered in snow today but here in California a little rain doesn’t stop our work.
Here are some recent pictures of the progress we are making at the St. James Manor project. The elevator masonry work and building renovations are pictured above. We also have a superintendent learning Korean 😉 “Caution!”
As Bella Vista Courtyard 1 nears completion with the room remodels and deck waterproofing in progress, Courtyard 2 infrastructure below the building begins. This requires a working platform to be built below the deck as the crawlspace floor is 15’+ below the deck to be removed.
HABC finished work at St Anastasia’s and the new campus plaza is complete. The outdoor space includes an eating area, serving counter, shade structure, concrete flat work and brick flooring. We hope the school students enjoy this area for many years to come!
After nearly three months of extensive water rot repair underneath a section of the building, HABC begins the rebuilding phase of the project at Bella Vista Transitional Care Center.
