HABC has started work at Nazareth House Care Center located in San Diego. This project includes renovations to 10,000 sq ft. and an addition of 2,000 sq ft. to the existing Care Center. The expansion will allow for all existing resident rooms to be enlarged into suites including ADA approved restrooms. The Care Center will also be getting all new electrical through out.

HABC has started on site preparation for Vista Knoll Specialized Care Center. This Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center requires a new nursing station and upgrades to corridor hallways. All areas that will be remodeled are fully enclosed and vacuum ventilated as to keep the premises safe and clean. Keeping a clean and safe work site is top priority to HABC, and we are excited to begin this project! Pictured above is the walled off “under construction” nurse station.
In order to facilitate Bella Vista transitional care center’s operations, Hoffman and associates broke ground recently on a new physical therapy room to serve the rehabilitation needs of the 150 bed facility. More progress pictures to come!
HABC has started work on an 1,800 sq ft kitchen flooring project for the Bella Vista care center community. This new floor will provide Bella Vista with quarry tile and sanitary covering throughout the area. We have been achieving this work in the evening and early custom essay morning hours, this allows the staff to continue serving the care center residents without interruption.
Two staff restrooms and a new tub/shower room are complete. All restrooms have been upgraded to meet http://custom-essay-service-help.co.uk current ADA standards. Additional pictures to come as more of this multi phased project is completed.
Rainy season is here! Getting the project-site weatherproof and safe is very important. Work at Bella Vista has been prepped for the rain and HABC continues making progress. Rot repair has been completed on all but one wall, carpenters begin rolling joists on one half of the Courtyard deck. Some of the nation is covered in snow today but here in California a little rain doesn’t stop our work.
