Demolition and remodel of existing center. Elements included a 1500 square foot stage addition, new bathrooms, commercial kitchen, meeting room, storage rooms and a multipurpose room. Installed York rooftop HVAC units. New SCE transformer, electrical switch gear and panels. Captive Aire kitchen hood, fire sprinkler and alarm system, sound system and grease interceptor. 30’ high grand entrance façade surrounded by Spanish tile mansard roofs and parapet walls. Built up asphalt roof with energy efficient “cool roof” coating.
