Mother of Sorrows School

HABC design / assist summer 2020 renovation project. Conversion of existing 6,200 sq. ft. second floor convent into (4) new classrooms, office spaces and new student restrooms & faculty restroom. Full interior asbestos remediation / demolition. New partition framing, windows, doors, drywall, flooring, acoustical ceilings and painting. Project also included full new fire sprinklers / fire alarms in renovated areas, new lighting, and air conditioning throughout. First floor upgrades included a new exterior entrance for student safety, and faculty lounge renovation with new restroom. The school also received new classroom projectors, PA system and tele-data upgrades.
