Exterior remodel focusing on the structural elements of the building. Demolition of penthouse roof structure. Installation of structural steel columns and beams for 25’ high studio space unique to the industry. Steel stud walls and plaster system complete the elevated space, and enabled a new interior remodel. Restructured roof to solve drainage issues and installed new built up asphalt roof system for a weather tight building.
