Shoreline Healthcare Center

Ground up construction of a new office building to support the facility’s skilled nursing center. The building includes offices, ADA bathrooms, a conference room, staff kitchen and lounge and a large storage capacity. The exterior of the building is stucco with several steel shade canopies and the new sitework includes a concrete courtyard, steel fencing, irrigation and contemporary landscape.
