St. James Manor Senior Living Facility

This project includes a new 30 ft free standing elevator tower with connecting bridges leading to existing balconies. HABC used precision and skill to execute this structure in a very limited space. The improvements also include a new mechanical room, upgrades to electrical panels, and renovations to an existing unit. The success of incorporating the new structure to existing buildings will allow easy access and elevator service to seniors for many years to come.
