The Foundation Center

The Foundation Center property is a 25,000 sq. ft. facility on a 2.4 acre property. The building was previously a bowling alley and has been converted to a community center with banquet facilities. A complete interior demolition allowed for a completely new interior including construction of a new banquet hall with staging and prep area for catering services, a commercial kitchen, a lounge area, lobby, offices, meeting rooms, and restrooms. All mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems are new. The existing structural components of the building remain but have been upgraded and a new roof system has been installed. Site improvements included demolition of an existing 1,700 sq. ft. masonry building, a new 65,000 sq. ft. parking lot with new concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks, retaining wall improvements, new site lighting, and new landscape.
