St. Simon and Jude

This fast paced summer project covered approximately 5 acres of the 7 acre property.  It included nearly 180,000 sq. ft of new asphalt parking lot stabilized with a 5% cement treatment.  Prior to asphalt all new utility infrastructure was installed including, underground electric, sewer, domestic water, fire water with hydrant, and new storm drain piping.  The project also included all new curbs and v-gutters, landscaping and hardscaping including nearly 20,000 sq. ft of custom interlocking pavers.  Two new shade structures were installed and all new site lighting.  All of the site storm water is now directed to a massive Bio-Filtration and duplex sump pump system.  This incredibly successful project was completed in time to get the students back into class on schedule and left the owners very happy with the finished product.
